Shipping Policy
Every sauna we sell ships by LTL freight carrier with curbside delivery. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Delivery Method
All saunas ship via LTL freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule your delivery appointment before they arrive — you won’t be surprised.
Lead Time
Most in-stock units ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Custom or special-order units may take 3–6 weeks. We confirm your timeline before you buy.
Delivery Area
We ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders — contact us to discuss options before ordering.
Shipping Cost
Freight shipping is calculated per order based on destination and model weight. Remote areas, residential-only surcharges, or liftgate service may apply. We’ll quote shipping clearly before you confirm the order.
What Curbside Freight Delivery Includes
- Scheduled delivery appointment at a time that works for you
- Two-person delivery team
- Inside delivery to your room of choice (ground floor standard; upper floors may require a surcharge)
- Packaging removal and disposal
- Basic placement assistance
Installation (electrical connection, assembly beyond placement) is not included in standard delivery. See your product page for installation guidance, or ask us during your consultation.
Delivery Day
You’ll receive a call or email 24–48 hours before your scheduled delivery window to confirm. Please ensure the delivery path is clear and the designated room is accessible. Inspect your unit upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Damaged Shipments
Damage in transit is rare but can happen. If you notice damage on delivery, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at hello@pureheatretreat.com or (408) 659-6233. We will coordinate a resolution — replacement parts, repair, or replacement unit — at no cost to you.
