Your sauna ships nationwide via LTL freight carrier with curbside delivery. We coordinate with the carrier, confirm your delivery window, and follow up the day of arrival to make sure everything went smoothly.
30-Day Follow Up
A month after delivery, we check in if you want us to. Are you getting sessions in? Any questions about settings or maintenance? It’s a short call if you need it, and a skip-it-and-enjoy if you don’t. Either way, support doesn’t stop at checkout.
