Warranty Information

Every sauna we carry is backed by manufacturer warranty coverage. We vet warranty terms before adding any product to our catalog — if we wouldn’t stand behind it, we don’t sell it.

Structural Warranty

Most sauna structures (wood, bench, frame) carry a 5–10 year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Heater & Electronics

Heaters, control panels, and electrical components are typically covered for 2–5 years depending on brand and model.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage begins on the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper installation, cosmetic damage after delivery, and damage caused by water ingress from external sources.

Warranty by Brand

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Specific coverage for each model is listed on that product’s page. Before you buy, we’ll walk you through the exact warranty terms for any unit you’re considering — that’s part of our consultation process.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us first. We act as your advocate with the manufacturer — you don’t have to navigate warranty claims on your own.

Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready. Photos of the defect are helpful and speed up the process. We’ll respond within one business day and coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Maintaining Your Warranty

  • Follow all manufacturer guidelines for installation and use
  • Do not modify the unit or electrical components
  • Use the sauna only for its intended residential purpose
  • Retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase and delivery date
